Markland and Park proudly stands behind all of your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly provide a full refund with the following conditions:

- Merchandise must be unworn and unused in its original packing with all original tags still attached.

- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

- If a shipment arrives damaged, notify the shipping carrier within 48 hours. The merchandise must remain in its original packaging for the shipper to inspect and return to Markland and Park at no expense to you.

- Items on closeout and sale items as well as custom etched or monogrammed products are non-refundable or returnable.

We ship Monday - Friday excluding holidays, generally within 72 hours of the time your order was placed. Our etched glassware ships 7-14 days after purchase. Holiday shipping times could vary. We ship cheapest and best using UPS, Fed Ex or US Postal Service to a physicial address. No PO Box's please.
